Spiritual Dominion

For decades those in the Word of Faith Movement, those in the Son’s of God Movement, and even those in the deeper life movement have spoken of Dominion. Dominion over sickness, Dominion over demons, Dominion over principalities, and powers, and the rulers of darkness, Dominion over nature, and even Dominion over death itself.

All of these have prescribed various formulas, patterns, and theories as to how one could obtain such powers.  And the people of God have spent hundreds of millions on books, on tapes, on subscriptions to magazines, attending seminars, flying across the world to sit in someone’s meetings, revivals, crusades. They have paid for prayer clothes, oil to anoint themselves, holy water from the river Jordan, and the list goes on and on.

Not too long ago I was contacted by a young man in a foreign country not once but two times seeking something along those lines that he could receive from us that he could gain the spiritual power and whatever else he may have perceived in this ministry.

The first time I wrote him a lengthy letter explaining that we sold no prayer cloths, no anointed oil, no holy water or any such thing. – And then I proceeded to write instead about his cleaning up his life before the Lord, and his entering into a deep abiding personal relationship with Jesus Christ – out of which if we do so with our whole heart in sincerity – Out of this relationship comes all ministry, all gifts, all operations, for the Spirit distributes all of these things as He will severally – that is individually to individuals.

This young man was not deterred in the slightest bit after the first letter and he wrote a second time begging us for something that we could send him to empower him in the ministry that this young man had fantasized and fixated upon and lusted after for himself – that he would have spiritual come-uppance over his peers, and be able to lift up his own name and his ministry before men and then enjoy their slavish treatment of him, their laying money at his feet and all the other perks that mark these kind of preachers and ministries.

The first letter I was put out with. (I actually hate these kind of letters, or verbal flattery. Because I fear the evil and destruction that are laced in such words that have destroyed preachers and ministries without number.) Nevertheless I took compassion on the young man and wrote prayerfully and kindly back to him.

The second time he wrote all the more – I sternly rebuked him, And then reiterated some of the things I first wrote him that he needed to do. – The young man never wrote back. So that either he heard and received what was spoken to him or he turned and sought another seeking a spiritual short cut to gain the power and dominion he so lusted after. In either case I was free and clear before the Lord as I had NOT made a disciple of this man, I had NOT made merchandise of this man, but rather I HAD told this young man the truth about his true corrupt condition and perverse intentions before God, and I put him before the feet of Jesus Christ, where he could repent or just go his own way. 

The greatest majority of preachers and ministries in this day and hour would not have done so, they would have in fact sought this man’s tithes and offerings, and if need by they would have manufactured the item thus man sought, and sold it to him and upon its failure they would have hooked this young man into their church, their fellowship, their becoming some sort of partner with their ministry, and then began selling them tapes and books and the like.

Jesus testifies against these declaring the fruits of their trees and vines are evil

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;(Enter into redemption, obtain salvation,) but he that doeth the will of my Father (The will of the Father is submission to and obedience to His Son Jesus Christ) which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you (Gnosko - To personally and intimately know – This is a personal intimate relationship with Jesus Christ The word is used as  And Adam Knew his wife – Here the charge is given to those of the Klesia that they never entered into a deep abiding personal relationship with Him as His bride and lover, wholly submitted to and obedient to His wishes wants and desires over their own.): depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Teach Lawlessness – Teach disobedience to the Words and Commandments of Jesus Christ – Teach Talmudic Christian doctrines and traditions that nullify the words and commandments of Jesus Christ)

This working of iniquity is teachers and preachers making themselves as antichrists. (Those standing in place of Christ usurping his position, and authority for themselves.) And therefore these trees shall be uprooted, these vines torn from the earth and burned with unquenchable fire, and be made partakers with their fathers the Talmudic Pharisees with all their rabbinical orders and their doctrines and traditions of men that were the works of the devil (Doctrines and traditions that devils teach as angels of light to entice the children of light into sin and darkness.)

Matthew 3:7,10,12 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he (John) said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? -- And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. –He (Jesus Christ) will throughly purge His floor, (The Ek-Klesia) and gather His wheat (The Ek-Lectos) into the garner; but He will burn up the chaff (The Talmudic Klesia) with unquenchable fire.

The first commandment 00001 of Jesus Christ to those that would be shepherds is to defend the flock of God from wolves within, wolves without.

John 10:11-14 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. (Sacrificially gives, does not make his sheep a prey for himself or others, and defends them to even the cost of his own life.) But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, (Has not been entrusted with Spiritual dominion over them) seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: (He flees the scene enabling the wolf completely undeterred to do whatsoever he wills) and the wolf catcheth them, (To kill to maim and destroy) and scattereth (Spiritually dividing and spiritually neutering what then remains of) the sheep. The hireling fleeth, (To the next flock to do so again) because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

Job 7:2 – A hireling looketh (Looketh and Looketh and looketh) for the reward of his work. (Hirelings ever seek personal enrichment, wealth, riches, the things of this world, corrupt power over men, and the praise of men.  Know that in the kingdom of heaven there are no hirelings.)

John 10:4-5 He (The Good Shepherd) goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: (They are discipled only to Him, and only follow Jesus Christ by walking in the Spirit) for they know His voice. (Perhaps the greatest sign that you are indeed His -- Is in your seeking to make Jesus Christ your personal intimate shepherd – that you come to know His voice day by day, hour by hour, and moment by moment.)  And a stranger (So that they might be able to discern the voice of the hireling – that is the doctrines and traditions of the hireling) will they not follow, (This is the second sign that you are indeed His.) but will flee from him (Flee from his doctrines and traditions and ways) for they know not (Gnosko have no intimacy, they do not submit themselves to, they obey not, they partake no of), the voice of strangers. (The doctrines and traditions of Hirelings)

And this defending the flock of God means to those that would be shepherds their even defending the flock of God from themselves and all predatory practices that normal preachers and ministries engage in.

If you do not fear and love the Lord – how then will the Lord entrust you with His flock, much less give you spiritual dominion over anything that you may then turn and use it for your own personal aggrandizement and use it also to abuse and enslave the flock of God.

Back when I was in bible school, Pinecrest I have repeatedly testified that I would pray and seek the Lord daily for hours, beginning at 7 pm and praying, waiting upon the Lord and sitting in His presence alone many nights until 2-3 in the morning.

I did so because I so wanted, I so desired, I so craved to enter into a deeper more vital relationship with the Lord. This was in fact the drive of my whole being, day in and day out. Much to my embarrassment Wade Taylor would come by sometimes later at night turning off all the lights in Pinecrest and even checking the thermostats to see if they had been tampered with and turned up higher. In those days (Wade was away most of the time so that his finding me so reposed before the Lord were only occasional.) And of these encounters decades later I found on the internet a number of different messages that Wade when he was traveling preached in which he would speak of me and my fervently seeking the Lord into the night. And how that the Lord had instructed him (Completely unknown to me) to keep an eye on me, as to what the Lord was going to do.

From that classroom with my face in the floor, my pacing back and forth, my sitting or my laying on my back with my hands raised the Lord granted me dominion, Spiritual dominion over Pinecrest. (Even though this was never my goal, never my desire, and never was anything that I sought or entreated the Lord for.) And to be quite frank here I did not even know that the Lord had done so for quite a period of time.

Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

As I pressed into the Lord, relentlessly seeking for a more personal intimate relationship with the Lord and nothing else -- The Lord after examining the thoughts and intents of my heart placed Pinecrest into my hands. So that as I continued (Key word here) laying hold upon the Lord – that I MIGHT KNOW THEE  --  the Lord would burden me with, the removal from Pinecrest of certain corrupt teachers, the moving into Pinecrest of certain Godly teachers and counselors, the providing of finances for the school, the Lord speaking to and opening the eyes of Wade Taylor, Etc. I was discerning the voice of the Lord and interceding, praying in agreement with the will of the Lord. Which God the Father then would then pleased to do and He powerfully undertook their performing.

We see this Spiritual dominion walked in by Jesus Christ as He continually sought a deep abiding personal relationship with His Father, and that which He heard and saw the Father doing – Those things Christ also spoke and did – the resulting harmony of Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven was Christ’s Spiritual dominion. Which Paul declares is our “Walking in the Spirit”   

This spiritual harmony of Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. This walking in the spirit have hearing and seeing what the Father was doing was the spiritual dominion that was granted the first Adam in the garden.

Spiritual Dominion is not our acting as independent agents, doing what we will as has been taught by the evil and perverse hirelings that have so pervaded the ministry of this day and hour – Spiritual dominion is our acting as Jesus Christ did as the second and last Adam. That is that Christ did NOT seek His own, His central theme was His intimate and personal relationship with the Father to the place that the Father revealed to Christ His secrets and treasures and His heart’s yearnings.

The process of the Lord speaking and showing me His will and desires was a process over days if not weeks. Invariably the Lord desired for others to see His hand and He would instruct me to go to certain staff and faculty members and address what He had spoken and in the course of that these staff members would declare how this or that could never occur.  On more than one occasion I was told what God had spoken was impossible by Wade himself – This occurred not once, not twice but continually during this time.

And then when God did what He had spoken there was no need for me to speak a word for the Lord does not need the testimony of men, but rather He glorified Himself in these various acts.

So that unlike the pastors teachers, evangelists and prophets of this day Jesus Christ did not testify of His ministry and the workings of God that were done to bear Christ witness. Christ did not recount all the healings and miracles that God performed so as to build up faith in His hearers that He could perform for His audience. 

Deuteronomy 18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously --

When the hireling prophesies, he does not speak that which the Lord has spoken, he does not speak the word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Father, he speaks presumptively out his own natural heart and understanding that which he thinks. (For he Gnosko’s knows not Jesus Christ or the Father – Nor has the Father granted him spiritual dominion over anything.) The hireling speaks that which he presumes that God would will or desire of His people, which by design is to exalt, and lift up that hirelings name and his ministry so that men might have fear and respect upon that hireling’s name. The name of the greatest hireling, false prophet that is revered and feared by men in this hour is Mohammad, And the second is Joseph Smith, and the third is Kenneth Hagin. In the church there has been no true prophet of God since the death of the Apostle John, there have been many that have prophesied the word of the Lord, we categorically state this making distinction between the two as is done in the New Testament. And declare further that a true prophet of God is one who intimately knows the voice of Jesus Christ and the Father, and as Jesus Christ he hears and sees what the Father is doing. The true prophet of God is one that has been granted spiritual dominion. Those that operate within the declared gift of prophecy are not necessarily so, but are none the less at times and in fragmentary pieces able to declare the word of the Lord. Hirelings as prophets and those who seemingly operate in the gift of prophecy speak out of presumption for derisive and divisive purposes.  

For a season the Lord had placed Pinecrest into my hands and gave me Spiritual dominion, over the school and its property. And yet during that period I was a nobody, and did not use these things for myself.

Matthew 4:2-4 And when He (Jesus) had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. And when (Then) the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The enemy seeks to corrupt gifts and ministries of the Spirit, and he always comes and tempts always the lines of the hireling’s personal needs, personal wants, and the temptation is always made out to be within the hirelings personal rights to go ahead and do so. So that the hireling then takes the gifts and ministry bestowed upon them and acquiesces to using them for our own personal benefit.

The true test and temptation can occur only when a true need has arisen so that it is painfully before ones face and its pressing need is felt in body soul and spirit. Jesus an hungered, he was faint with hunger, famished after 40 long days of fasting. Within this context Jesus Christ not seeing and hearing the Father turning stones into bread – refused to do so, and refused to call upon His Father to do so for Him.  Even though Christ was starving and was enfeebled and faint He refused to corrupt the gifts of dominion that God had so graciously bestowed upon him. And further Christ refused also to blaspheme by using the gifts of dominion as comeuppance so as to lift up or exalt own His own name.

But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Christ’s response here is if I perish then I perish content in the Lord, content in the circumstances that the Lord would have me to be – but I shall not seek after or do that which I do not see and hear My Father in heaven no so doing.)

A key verse to understanding this is in Hebrews.
Hebrews 5:8 Though He were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered. (And if we enter not into such suffering neither can we be so tested that our obedience our submission and faithfulness onto Him are proven, -- without which He will not entrust us with His secrets and hid treasures.)

Do we so love, fear, respect, and revere, the Lord, that we refuse to turn the stones into bread around us?

Recently I came to such an event in my life where one night Jesus spoke to me in a dream and told me that he would grant me one wish, anything that my heart so desired and in the dream I started to ask for my health back but I stopped myself and told the Lord that I would have to think about it before asked such a thing of Him and at that moment I awoke from my sleep and pondered and held these words before the Lord. And over the next hour I considered my grave needs, my deepest desires and realized that the Lord had so ordered my life as to have placed me in the vise grip of such dire circumstances to test my heart and to see what I would say – at that time I asked that I might so know Jesus Christ as Jesus so knew the Father, and that I might so know the Father that I might see and hear what the Father is doing just as Christ so saw and heard, and that I might so know the voice of the Holy Spirit, So know the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit, and so have him teach me all things even as He so taught Jesus Christ.

I am patiently awaiting such an outworking remaining content in my circumstances and the trials I find myself in.

So many lay their hand to the ark – to direct the Lord – going out in the name of the Lord and with the flesh seeking to perfect what God has began and spoke in measure in their lives, and then declare in glowing terms that the Ishmael they have brought forth is in fact Isaac. And seek to glory and praise of men for having done so.  So have many erected idols in the church that the flock of God is then instructed and compelled to fall down and worship – but God hates this – and will make war against it until it is destroyed.  

Not too long ago about two weeks ago the Lord in the night gave me a dream that greatly troubled me in the dream I saw Wade Taylor, and His dead son Ron Taylor sitting in a small office at separate desks – And a fire came and all of Pinecrest was consumed in a huge blaze – And the Lord made me to know that all of Wade Taylor’s works were being burned up.  And the desk at which Wade sat was split asunder not dividing it right and left but is was split horizontally so that all his books and writings were taken away so that all that remained was two copies of a dog eared Greek New Testament on the floor next to the desk.

I called Wade the following day being greatly troubled by the dream and told it to him – leaving out the last details as I could not tell him about them at that time – as the Lord restrained me.

Wade was actually excited and animated about the dream and said that this was absolutely the word of the Lord. As his life’s work with Pinecrest had just been burned up as the new president of the school and his wife cut Wade off and cast him out of the school, kicking him out of his apartment, taking The Banner from Wade, removing all of his books and tapes from the Bible School’s bookstore and even removing his picture from off the school’s wall as the school’s founder. As these have conspired against Wade, and against the vision He gave Wade in late 1959 or early 1960 (Wade can’t recall exactly when) When God caught Wade up bodily to stand before His throne and declared that He had given Pine Crest to Wade, that it might be a school of the Spirit, from which an end-time people might be raised. -- These have conspired against Wade, and against the vision of the Lord – so that they might take the school and its property into a different direction – even to the making of the school and its vision into their own image and likeness – that they might receive the accolades of men as the founders of their own school.

This evening the Lord woke me up late in the night and spoke that I was to rise and write  -- and now the Lord has spoken concerning the two dog eared Greek New Testaments (Being the original texts of the New Testament) are in the dream even the Word of the Lord that was given Wade when he was bodily caught up and the second time when he was up on a ladder changing light bulbs when he had a vision where the Lord rebuffed Wade for seeking with his hands to bring forth the promise.  And the Lord says that these yet remain – that which was originally spoken of and promised by the Lord yet remain.

For many Pinecrest was and now is an idol – an idol even of the visitation of the Lord and manifest presence of God. This is indeed the worshipping of the creation rather than the creator, which God can not abide. For what was brought forth in 1968 was not Isaac, but Ishmael – as it was brought forth by the hands of the flesh. It was conceived in the flesh it was framed in the flesh and indeed the flesh brought forth Ishmael – And once these things were done there was made a great cry even that Ishmael might live before the Lord, that Ishmael would even be accepted by the Lord and even accepted as Isaac and that in Ishmael that the Lord’s promise might come forth. But the Lord has rejected Ishmael, and declared that in no wise shall Ishmael be accepted so that from his loins shall come forth the seed of promise. And there was a great cry made, prayers supplications, intercession, fastings and even many gifts and offerings made so that the Lord might accept Ishmael but the Lord would not hear of it and accept the entreaties. 

And Ishmael grew and prospered and was declared to be Isaac and there was great sin committed against the Lord when that which was created by the hands of men became an idol, and object of veneration, and even and object that was openly worshipped by all who came to see the child of promise. Therefore the Lord determined that he should come and break this work of the flesh into shivers and grind it into dust under his feet.  A

And the Lord declares that in its place, upon that very dust that Isaac the seed of promise shall come forth. So that even as it was with Abraham and Sarah when they were of great age, and when their bodies were dead – even in that hour the Lord visited them and Sarah conceived and brought forth the son of promise even Isaac, from whose bowels the seed of promise even the end time people of God shall come forth, even a child, a bride, a wife without spot or wrinkle, leaning on her beloved as they come forth up and out of the wilderness.

To whom does God grant spiritual dominion according to the Word of God?  

1 Corinthians 1:25-27 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Psalm 24:3-5 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Numbers 12:3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)

Numbers 12:6-8 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, (Manifestly) and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he (Moses be allowed to) behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

Mark 10:41-44 And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John. But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them. But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

The question one might ask in seeking such is how low are you willing to let the Lord Jesus Christ take you? How much are you willing to let the Lord to humble you, and humble you before your peers? How much of a servant/slave are you willing to become in looking out for the needs of strangers before yourself and your own needs?

2 Corinthians 12:6-10, 12 For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. (Greek: Weakness Sickness, infirmity) Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, (Greek: Weakness, Sickness, infirmity) that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, (Greek: Weakness Sickness, infirmity) in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, (Greek weak, sick, infirm)  then am I strong. – (Because Paul was content and glorified God in his weakness sickness and infirmaties) Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. (In other words God was pleased to graciously grant Paul Spiritual Dominion even above which he had granted the other Apostles.)

If these things be so then why is Spiritual Dominion so rare in our day?

Luke 16:10-12 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in (Obtaining from) the unrighteous (Unholy, sinful corrupt defiling) mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? (Your true Inheritance, your true Spiritual Dominion.)

This is why the prosperity gospel is so beguiling and so damning as for all those who lay hold of and partake of the Unrighteous, Unholy, Sinful, corrupting, and defiling riches of this world – these shall lose their true riches, their true inheritance, their true spiritual dominion in both this life and the next.

Ephesians 1:13-14 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (Here Paul declares that the earnest of our inheritance, is to be received here in this life. This earnest of the Holy Spirit includes within it not only the Gifts of the Spirit, but Spiritual dominion which is the seal, the evidence of one that has truly entered into a deep abiding personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which allows us to hear what the Father is saying and doing that we as Jesus Christ the second and last Adam may also so do. 

However what Paul is also saying here is that any lack on our part to enter into Spiritual Dominion in this life, will void our entering into this Spiritual Dominion in the next life upon the day of full redemption.

So that for those that have allowed themselves to be beguiled of their inheritance even as Adam and Eve were beguiled in the garden – there can be no further redemption for such carelessness and treading the Son of man and His blood underfoot to partake of the riches and things of this world.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Luke 13:23-24 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. (For they are not willing to pay the price to do so day in and day out, hour by hour and minute by minute – as their salvation, their calling, and redemption is little more for then than a game or a hobby.)

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son . . .

For Jesus Christ so loved the world that He allowed Himself to be beaten, scourged, and nailed to a cross, so that the very blood and life from Him that was poured into the earth to purchase your salvation . . .

How then can you treat God and Jesus Christ’s so great a sacrifice for you so lightly, and as a common thing? How can you dare pretend that with so great a cost to God and to His Son Jesus Christ that this salvation involves no cost on your part whatsoever?  What foolishness, and what arrogance, and how damning to your soul to think such things.

“For many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.”
