Dear
Friends,
During this present time of transition from the Church age
into the Kingdom, the greatest possession we can have is “spiritual
hunger.” This should be our primary desire and be at
the head of our prayer list, as only the Lord can create and
place within us this desire for the Lord and for things spiritual.
The second item on our prayer list should be “a hearing
ear.” The presence of the Lord is becoming increasingly
more available, and the Lord is knocking on the door of our
life involvements as never before, seeking to turn us to Himself.
The third item should be our spiritual sensitivity, or the
receptivity of our spirit, as the Lord is presently revealing
to those who have “a hearing ear” the understanding
of the outworking of His end-time purposes.
When we give expression to these three requests, in our “set
apart” place of prayer, the Lord will not only grant
these, but He will also intervene in our behalf concerning
all the burdens and needs we have.
We are privileged to be living in the time of the Lord’s
intervention in the affairs of mankind and the nations. The
Lord is seeking out those through whom He can speak and move
to accomplish this.
My constant prayer is that I might be as John the Baptist.
When asked who he was, John said that he was “the voice
of another,” crying in the wilderness of that day.
The intent of the Banner is to challenge and give direction
to those who are spiritually hungry to become as John the
Baptist - a vessel in this present day through whom the Lord
can express Himself, as He begins to intervene in the affairs
of the nations, until every knee will bow before Him.
May our Lord bless you as you read this issue of the Banner.
Your support is vital to the continuation of this ministry.
IN His Eternal Love,
Wade E Taylor
