John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Dear Friends,

The intent of the Banner is to spiritually stir each one of us to seek after and develop a deeper and more personal relationship with our Lord.

We live in a time as never before; a time in which it is urgent that we strengthen ourselves spiritually, that we may better know the voice and direction of the Lord, in relation to our daily circumstances.

Therefore, we must, knowing that we are a new creation in Christ, be firmly established upon the foundation of full redemption. Then, we must be built up in His love. This requires our making right every relationship, that the Lord might move in and through us, as He desires.

We are living in the time of His Parousia - the appearing of Jesus. He will first appear to His own to prepare them for all that is about to take place in the earth, concerning the closing out of the Church age and the setting up of His Millennial Kingdom.

Jesus is beginning to increase His presence within us. Just as He made a whip and drove the money changers from the temple of His days on earth, so also today, He is cleansing the temple - which we are.

We must so live that we will be responsive to His voice, guidance, and dealings; but not be shaken, as the nations begin to shake. The new - that which the Lord is doing to bring us into the new day - is becoming brighter; while the old - the closing out of things as they have been - is becoming darker. We must relate to the light, not the darkness.

It is my prayer and desire that this issue of the Banner will help you in your understanding of present spiritual truth, that you will be prepared for all that is about to take place.

Pinecrest, for its continuation, is dependent upon gifts from those who receive and read the Banner. If you are not presently supporting this ministry, please consider having a part.

May our Lord richly bless and prosper you, as you read this issue of the Banner.
