John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

A Present Call to Intercessors
Wade E Taylor

“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven, a woman
clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet,
and upon her head a crown of twelve stars. And she
being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained
to be delivered.”

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold
a great red dragon ... and the dragon stood before the
woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her
child as soon as it was born.

“And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all
nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up
unto God, and to His throne.” Rev 12:1-5 KJV.

“The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, He shall stir
up jealousy like a man of war. He shall cry, yea, roar;
he shall prevail against his enemies. I have long time
holden my peace; I have been still and refrained myself.
Now will I cry like a travailing woman.” Isa 42:13-14a KJV.

A ministry of intercession can be compared in its function to a woman giving birth. The desired result of intercession is a birthing, the out-working of that which is being carried as a burden.

The woman in Revelation chapter 12 is giving intercessory birth, not to a baby, but rather to a spiritually mature man-child who through direct divine intervention, is to be caught up to rule all nations with a rod of iron.

This speaks of those who have come to spiritual maturity and have been tested and proven as being able to rightly handle spiritual authority. Thus, intercession has a vital part in bringing forth those who are spiritually mature within the Church.

It may also be said that the lack of spiritual maturity within the Church is due to a lack of vision and concern about the dire need for intercessors.

This bringing forth of the man-child requires an end-time intercessory ministry of those who are willing to give themselves to intercession, in order to bring forth overcomers.

The woman in Rev 5:1 is clothed with the Son. This is the garment of the Bride, who has made herself ready (Rev 19:7-8). She has the moon under her feet, which means that she is hearing directly from the Lord, rather than from others who hear from the Lord. Thus, this man-child is an overcomer.
“And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the
end, to him will I give power over the nations. And he
shall rule them with a rod of iron” Rev 2:26-27a.

These overcomers are to do the same thing as the man-child. Because they are called to do the same thing, it can be said that they are one and the same, but are seen from two different perspectives. This makes the ministry of intercession extremely important in the last days.

Intercession is different from prayer. I could say, “Let us pray.” I cannot say, “Let us intercede,” as intercession is given by the Lord and must be responded to, when given. In intercession, we become “pregnant” with the “burden” that is given by the Lord, and groan-in-delivery until it is accomplished.

There is no set pattern as to how intercession works through those who intercede. But the Holy Spirit will only intercede through those who are both willing and cooperative. In many places at this present time, the Lord is raising up intercessors who are being burdened to pray, both individually and in groups.

“Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities. For we do
not know not what we should pray for as we ought, but the
Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings
which cannot be uttered. And He searching the hearts knows
what is the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession
for the saints according to the will of God.” Romans 8:26-27.

There are many indications that severe judgment may come to our country. At the same time, there are encouraging words from the Lord that this judgment can be averted, if intercessors will arise and begin to intercede for our Nation, and for spiritual maturity in the Body of Christ.

Consider making yourself available to the Lord for this ministry of intercession. To do so, simple tell the Lord in prayer that you are both available and willing.

If you feel an intercessory burden deep within your being, come apart and allow the Holy Spirit to move upon you, until that for which you are burdened is birthed.

The need for intercessors is urgent at this present time.
