Pinecrest Bible Training Center
1968-2008

John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Dear Friends,

We are living in a time when the Lord's people are becoming more serious concerning the cultivation of a personal relationship with the Lord, and their coming to understand His ways. There is an evident increase in spiritual hunger which is causing many to search for its satisfaction.

We are approaching a time in which those who are fully committed to the Lord will begin to experience Divine intervention, in which the Lord will move beyond that which has been sought after. It is important that these have the spiritual sensitivity and understanding to rightly respond to this increased presence and activity of the Lord.

There is a remarkable increase in interest concerning the ministry of Pinecrest. That we might better do our part in meeting these needs, each area of ministry at Pinecest is being made more available.

The Bible School program is open to those of all ages for whatever time they are able to attend. The number of conferences each year have been increased from five to ten. Services are conducted every Friday and Saturday evening, and Sunday morning, that visitors may come and partake of the rich presence of the Lord, along with the moving of the Holy Spirit.

Along with this, I am praying that the Banner will increasingly become a present word from the Lord that will relate to this increase in spiritul hunger.

The Banner is sent to you that it might have a part in your being built up in your faith to be prepared for all that is before us. And also, it is sent with the prayerful hope that you in turn will become a supporter of this ministry.

If you know others who would benefit from the Banner, please send their names and addressed and the Banner will be sent to them.

I appreciate each letter that I receive. Your requests are prayed for, and the comments you share are a source of encouragemnt. The gifts you send help to make it possible for this ministry to continue.

It is my prayer that this issue of the Banner will be both a blessing and encouragment to you.

Wade Taylor
