1968-2008

John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Summer 1995
Dear Reader,

Spring is always a time of hope, a time of fresh determination, a time of "catching up." As we rightly respond to this inner stirring, summer will yield a rich harvest of all we had anticipated. We are in this time of harvest.

The Lord is moving upon many in a very special way. To these, He is making both Himself and His power known beyond their past experiences. As a result, they are coming to a true understanding of what it means for Jesus to become their very life. As they experience the quickening of the Holy Spirit, they are becoming lights to guide others to the Lord and to a deeper experience in Him.

It is my prayer that as you read this issue of the Banner, you also are being stirred to experience this "spring" of vision and "summer" of spiritual accomplishment.

I have just finished another book. I continue to both marvel and rejoice at the testimonies of those who have read the "Secret of the Stairs," which in a very real sense, wrote itself. The new book, "Waterspouts of Glory" also was marvelously quickened within me as it was written.

I yet thank our Lord for the rich deposit of spiritual truth and understanding that I find to be within me. With this in mind, I am looking to the Lord as never before, that the Word which has been sown within my life might bring forth a hundred-fold harvest through these books, as well as through the ministries of the Banner and Pinecrest.

I am very much encouraged as I witness an increasing anointing in the preparation of the Banner. I pray that there will be in each issue a "present word" that will minister to "present needs" in each reader.

Thank you for your interest and continued support. If you are not presently supporting the ministry of Pinecrest, will you prayerfully consider doing so. This is essential for the continuation of this ministry.

Thank you for being a part of the ministry of Pinecrest and may our Lord richly bless you.
