John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.-

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Dear Reader

Each SPRING, in anticipation of a harvest, much effort is put into preparing soil and sowing seed into it. Summer brings into full manifestation the potential that was within each of these seeds that had been committed to the soil in hope.

However, the anticipated harvest does not just happen.

Throughout the heat of the SUMMER (His present dealings), much effort is extended (by the Holy Spirit) to make sure that this harvest (our being made ready for His purposes) will be the best possible.

The quality of the harvest in the FALL season (which is presently upon us), will be greatly affected by the amount of SONshine (Jesus) and the Rain (Holy Spirit) that had fallen upon this soil. Thus, our understanding this process and our cooperation with the Holy Spirit in its outworking is essential.

Our Heavenly Father, in hope, has sown seed into each of us. He sows the Word of the Kingdom into the lives of those who have made an effort to prepare "receptive" spiritual soil, and then He waits for the time of harvest.

It is very evident at this present time that the Lord is actively doing His part. This places a great responsibility upon each one of us that we do our part in the preparation of our spirits to receive the very best seed that our Heavenly Father has to sow. This is the very heart of each message within the Banner.

At this present time, there are many indications that the Lord is beginning a fresh work among His people in preparation for an abundant harvest. It is our prayerful desire that the Banner might be an instrument in the hands of the Lord to encourage each one of us to better prepare the soil of our hearts that in "that day" the Lord, along with us, might partake of an abundant harvest.

It is my prayer that this issue of the Banner will be both a blessing and a challenge to you as you read it. Any comments you may have will be appreciated, and, your financial help will help make it possible to continue. Both are needed and exceedingly appreciated.

I wish to thank each one of you that have sent the names of those you feel would appreciate receiving the Banner. These names have been added and will receive this issue of the Banner. I trust that more of you will send in the names of those you feel have a desire to better know the Lord, and would appreciate the Banner.

May our Lord richly bless and strengthen you through this issue of the Banner

In His Love,
