John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.-

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Fall 1990

Dear Friends,

I am often asked, "What is the Lord is doing at this time?" My conviction is that the Lord is increasingly redeeming a people out from the world, into His Church. At the same time, He is intensifying His call to a people who are within the Church, and separating them, while abiding within the Church, unto Himself. "My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away" SS 2:10.

This "called" people are being stirred, quickened, and moved upon, by the Lord as He leads them through a special time of preparation, and increasingly reveals Himself, and His end time purposes to them. The Banner is prayerfully dedicated as a ministry to these who are being inwardly dealt with, and drawn upward, by the Lord at this present time.

I am very encouraged by the many letters that I receive regarding the ministry of the Banner. These report that the Banner has brought spiritual understanding, edification, and encouragement to them. This makes all that is involved in the preparation and mailing of each issue of the Banner worthwhile.

I personally thank each one of you who gave, in response to the letter that was sent asking for funds to help lift the intense financial burden that was upon Pinecrest. Enough has come to lift much of this burden. Also, this has lessened the pressures that are upon me because of this financial need. I feel like an immense load has been lifted from me.

All this was accomplished through the gifts that came from about one-in-twelve that receive the Banner. If each one who receives the Banner had responded, or will yet respond, the remaining pressure and much of the long term debt could be lifted from Pinecrest.

I am prayerfully trusting that Pinecrest will not fall back under financial pressure, such as had accumulated in the past. This can only be so, if those who receive the Banner and are ministered to by it, continue to give on a regular basis to this ministry.

I prayerfully trust that this issue of the Banner will bring spiritual understanding and encouragement to you who are searching for "something more."

Thank you again for being a part of this ministry.
