Pinecrest Bible Training Center
1968-2008

John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.-

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

Dear Reader,

Recently, a letter was sent to you asking for your financial help in clearing the indebtedness against the Bible School. I would like to use this column to express my thanks to you for your willingness to prayerfully consider this need, and also to share some background information about our purpose in asking for your help at this time.

When Pinecrest began in the fall of 1968 in direct response to the leading of the Lord. The buildings were old and in desperate need of repair. They were completely unfurnished, we started with absolutely nothing, and gradually the Lord has provided the things that were needed to function.

Pinecrest is a ministry, seeking above all, His presence and anointing in imparting spiritual life and ministry into the lives of those whom the Lord sends. Therefore, the charges have been kept low, so all who desired to attend could do so. Also, over the years, we have taken in young people who had a sincere desire to be trained, but did not have the finances to pay their way.

The combination of these factors has limited our ability to pay for the needed improvements and the high cost of operating. Each school year, the income for the present year was needed to pay the remaining bills from the year before.

We have continued to struggle under the load of all this. Many lives have been changed and prepared for the Lord's purposes, but the lack of adequate finance has hindered the full outworking of the vision and purpose for which Pinecrest was brought into being.

Recently, the Lord spoke very clearly to me, that we were to present this need to those who have been blessed through the ministry of the Bible School and the Banner, and ask for their help in clearing the debts that are against the school. Many have already given, and it appears that the debts could be paid off in full.

This will require your help and cooperation in making this possible. If you have any questions about this, please write to me and I will personally answer your letter.

I prayerfully ask that you send as large a gift as possible at this time, towards this urgent need. Thank you for your very kind consideration and help. May our Lord richly bless you for this.

In His eternal Love,
Wade E Taylor
