Pinecrest Bible Training Center
1968-2008

John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone.

Beginning in 2008 the vision and bible school that God so graciously gave Wade Taylor beginning in 1968 came to an abrupt end, falling into the ground and dying.-

We now wait for God to raise up and bring forth His seed of promise in another, that the vision fail not.

In the Fullness of Time

There is no doubt in the minds of those who know the work here at Pinecrest—it is a miracle of God’s provision. God not only has miraculously provided a beautiful one hundred and fifty acre campus, but also He has given all the furnishings and equipment necessary for the housing of those whom the Lord Jesus would send for training with an end-time emphasis. God is faithful!

Before Pinecrest was ever a reality, it was first a vision God spoke to the heart of a man. He told him He wanted a place where He could move as He wished. The Lord waited nine years before He brought this vision to pass, yet in the fullness of time, Pinecrest was born. Not of man, nor by man, but by the Spirit of God.

There is an expectancy at Pinecrest similar to that felt by spiritual pioneers throughout the centuries. Hidden manna is ready to be revealed in this last hour before our Lord’s return. God is maturing and preparing sons and daughters to enter into a new realm. This is a time when we must come to know Him, His ways, and what He is doing in the Body of Christ in this hour.

With this vision before us, we are endeavoring to provide training for men and women of all ages and from all backgrounds for leadership in the Body of Christ. We can only assimilate these truths through cooperation with leadership, submission to authority, and by being conscious of the manifest presence of God in every aspect of campus life.

Surely, “This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.”
